What to include for a faster plant layout

Application engineers clear crushing-plant inquiries faster when the first message lists feed rock type, F80 size, target product gradation, desired t/h, mobile versus stationary preference, and any noise or Tier 4 Final constraints from the quarry permit. If you already run a jaw or cone on site, attach the serial plate photo so we can match hydraulic seal kits and IoT gateway firmware before quoting a retrofit or expansion circuit.

For parts-only tickets, the Solutions catalog page lists SKU families and lead times; paste those codes into the message field so the regional hub can confirm stock without a second email loop. Hybrid-electric jaw and digital-twin screen scopes need an extra line on available grid kVA or whether the site will remain genset-only during the first operating season.
