TerraForce collects personal data submitted through inquiry forms and newsletter fields to respond to crushing-plant and parts requests. We process that data as a B2B equipment manufacturer serving quarry and EPC customers.
Typical fields include name, work email, phone, company, country or quarry site, and a free-text description of equipment needs. Server logs may store IP address and browser type for security.
We use inquiry data to prepare plant layouts, parts quotes and service dispatch. We do not sell personal data. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may inform product roadmap decisions.
Inquiry records are retained for the period needed to fulfill the commercial relationship and meet legal record-keeping duties, then deleted or anonymized.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
Forms post to TerraForce service endpoints over HTTPS. Access to inquiry mailboxes is limited to engineering, sales and compliance roles with need-to-know credentials.
